RAADHUSGRUNDEN IN ALLEROED (OFFICE BUILDING)
The old city hall building on Raadhusgrunden in Alleroed, Denmark, is restored and transformed into a modern office building. New balconies on the facades are some of the things that bring the outdated 1960’s building to life. Houses for elderly are designed for the surrounding green area.

HILL HOUSE (HOLIDAY HOME, TURKEY)
Hill House is designed for a larger holiday resort in Turkey. The holiday homes are very luxuriuos three level houses big enough to house a large family. The top floor includes three private bedrooms, bathroom and a large living room with a unique panoramic view towards the sea. Level 0 includes a garage for private parking, bathroom, a large livingroom with an open kitchen area and direct access to the oudoor terrace with private swimmingpool. The bottom floor includes a fitness area and a large lounge area with bar. Large windows towards the swimmingpool makes a great feature in the bottom floor. Hill House is economical and rational to build because of the simple geometry of the building.

Circle House is designed to a Danish family of two parents and three children. The patterns on the facades gives the house a unique architectural character and are visible inside the house.

MOON HOUSE (DENMARK)

Moon House is designed as a holiday home in Denmark but can also work as a permanent residence. The simple circle shaped ground floor is divided into an open living space with kitchen and a closed part with private bedrooms. At night Moon House shines like a moon.

CRYSTAL HOUSE (LIVING IN A DIAMOND)
Crystal House is both a sculptural house and a house with a very rational interior design. The sculptural look is created by rotating a square roof 45 degrees compared to a square ground floor. Crystal Tower is created by stacking the units.

FRAME HOUSE (SKAERING STRAND)
Frame House is a vacation house by the east coast of Jutland, Denmark. The building is cross-shaped and includes a central kitchen/bathroom area and bedroom/ living rooms towards the ends. From the indoor area there is direct access to outdoor terraces. The frame construction of the house is angled to create a unique architectural effect in the indoor corridor and living room and to create shelter by the outdoor terraces.
